1. All shipments are subject to a Fuel Adjustment Factor, EB/WB, of $500/20' and $1000/40' - 45' per container which expires 1 July 08. Effective 2 July 08 a Fuel Adjustment Factor, EB/WB, of $625/20' and $1250/40' - 45' per container will apply.
2. All shipments are subject to a Cargo Security Fee of, EB/WB, $50/ctr (all sizes).
3. All rates and charges shown are for convenience only. Refer to TPAFBO Freight Tariff No. 007 for
official rates, rules and regulations.
4. Thailand base ports rates also applicable to Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia and Philippine base ports.
